Overview
As a Barista at Smith’s Family Kitchen, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and, as part of a team, deliver our store standards.
Full and part time positions are available for this new store. 14hrs, 16hrs, 33hrs & 39 hrs shifts are between 04:30 – 20:00.
Smith’s Family Kitchen offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced, as well as fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go. Smith’s Family Kitchen prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty and key worker discounts.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
- Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards and availability
- Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Work as part of a winning team, pulling together with other members to adapt to a changing fast-paced environment
