As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. Costa Coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced, as well as fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go. Costa Coffee prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty, and NHS discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences to ensure they have the best experience on every visit.
- Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards and availability.
- Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
- Work as part of a winning team, collaborating with other members to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
We are looking for Baristas for various contracted hours from 8 to 20 hours per week, across a range of opening hours for our new Costa Kiosk.
