The Sales Administration Assistant will provide day-to-day support to customer service, sales and eCommerce operations, handling enquiries, order-related queries and delivering a high standard of customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Communication
- Answer incoming calls from retail customers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Respond to customer emails and messages across platforms.
- Handle customer queries relating to orders, products and delivery.
- Manage customer complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Portray the company in the best light to customers at all times.
- Order & After-care Support
- Assist customers with order queries, including tracking and delivery issues.
- Handle missing parcel enquiries and liaise with couriers where required.
- Process refunds and returns in line with company procedures.
- Support resolution of customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Trade & Sales Support
- Assist with incoming trade calls (e.g., trade team break times, holiday cover).
- Take accurate messages and pass information to relevant team members.

- Send review requests (e.g., Trustpilot) following customer purchases.
- Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and feedback.

- Support the eCommerce & Marketplace Executive with listing administration tasks.
- Assist with basic product uploads and data entry.
