The Web Content Producer, DTC will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing all web experiences for DTC eCommerce. This person will work as part of a large cross-functional team, reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, Head of eCommerce, EMEA, and will be responsible for website production and content management across all our global websites (Funko.com, Loungefly.com and all country variations). The ideal candidate will work with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain a large CMS-driven website. The Web Content Producer will lead the construction of new web content and help develop measurable KPIs based on identified goals, such as driving conversion rate and affiliated eCommerce KPIs (AOV, UPT, Funnel Conversion, etc). You will also be helping stand up our re-platforming efforts in Europe to our global tech stack whilst also supporting the US content production bandwidth.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand website conversion funnels & analytics and be able to articulate website content production against the context of these metrics.
- Create, maintain and optimize all web experiences for DTC eCommerce, including managing landing pages, imagery and merchandising content.
- Manage daily publishing operations for DTC eCommerce and related websites ensuring projects adhere to timelines using project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, etc).
- Execute best practices as pertains to SEO requirements, ADA compliance, UX, and digital merchandising when creating or modifying website content.
- Document and streamline web production processes to increase efficiency and accuracy and own the creation and execution of new visual asset workflows.
- Assist with A/B testing strategy for all assigned webpages in partnership with eCommerce Manager and apply findings to achieve KPI goals.
- Identify opportunities for site content enhancements, bug fixes, UX design and fixes end to end.
- Track content performance through reporting, monitoring KPIs/analytics using Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Quantum Metric generating web traffic reports for site recommendations and enhancements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, merchandising, or business-related field or extensive experience in online merchandising, marketing, or eCommerce for a top-tier direct-to-consumer brand.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience for website content management (Page Builder, etc).
- Expert knowledge of eCommerce platform interfaces and content management systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Well-versed in full Adobe suite with experience creating enhanced visual assets & basic HTML coding skills.
- Well-versed in full Microsoft suite, website analytics, and proficient in analyzing data for eCommerce decision making.
- Creative, critical thinking, and intuitive problem-solving skills.
- Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
