WORKING PATTERN: 40 hours, 4 on / 4 off

REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER, PYS

Role Purpose

As a Team Leader of Pop Yourself! (PYS), you will oversee and coordinate the daily fulfilment activities within their assigned functional area. They will implement productivity, quality, and service standards to attain the appropriate level of throughput while maintaining on-time/in full compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and Lead quality by example, ensuring orders leave the fulfilment centre reaching our Target Standard.
  • Ensure appropriate staff levels within the area for the shift pattern to maintain operational workflows.
  • Organise and direct the work of the functional area team.
  • Drive a culture of continual improvement, with focus on the fan experience (speed, packaging, shipping etc).
  • Ensure smooth running and completion of tasks allocated.
  • Ensure wave flows and work volume is realised to the assigned areas to maintain agreed service level agreements (SLA) levels.
  • Responsibility for compliance within the assigned area, including Health and Safety compliance.
  • Monitor performance of all team members, including carrying out annual reviews.
  • Help devise and communicate updates of work practices, procedures, and methods to team members.
  • Ensure allemployee relation requirements are completed within the relevant timeframe, to a high standard and that team members are provided with additional support as necessary.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading a team within a fulfilment centre.
  • You’ll be a self-starter who is highly organised, with a proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving.
  • You will have keen attention to detail.
  • You will have high levels of initiative, energy and have passionand dedication for completing tasks to the highest standards.
  • You should be able to work effectively as an individual, as well as part of the management team, and have proven experience in motivating a team and change management.
  • You’ll have great communication skills and be competent in English & Maths. You must also have IT skills and be able to utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.
  • Passionate about Funko and our products, good sense of humour with the drive and passion to make a difference.
