Role Purpose
Leading the Business Systems Team, the Senior Manager, ERP owns prioritisation of the backlog to be continually aligned to business value. Proactively develop the Team's subject matter expertise in the business needs and processes supported by systems. Develop and maintain the Team's knowledge of the landscape of relevant financial and supply chain system solutions.
Facilitate, create and maintain systems and user documentation including system support processes, data, functionality, procedures, security, and protocols that meet IT standards. Participate in and oversee systems functionality, data integrity, user competency, process completion, testing and other areas that support systems delivery quality. Oversee the delivery of core business systems within Funko's global architecture. Act as an escalation point to support business users and manage escalation of IT operational questions. Provide hands-on assistance during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Ensure delivery and adherence to IT policies, standards and procedures to support IT Compliance. This includes:
- Establishing and enforcing governance across the Team's break-fix procedures and process.
- Managing change management.
- Create metrics and monitor these to ensure early visibility of any issues and support the ability to act proactively: Put a strong monitoring system in place.
- Produce standard reports on the status.
- Regularly communicate what they are doing and how their work relates to the success of the organisation.
Work with Senior IT leadership owning prioritisation of the backlog and tickets to be continually aligned to business value. Work with the Senior IT Leadership Team to establish strong partnerships and manage expectations with external vendors; negotiate agreements / establish service level agreements (SLAs) / ensure contracts are in place to support the services provided by the Business Systems team.
