Reports to: Supply Planning Manager
Role Purpose
This is a new role within a restructured Planning function. Sitting within Operations, the purpose of this role is primarily to support the Supply Planning Manager in collating the outputs from the Demand Planners and entering the requisite purchase orders into the NAV system. This is a predominantly administrative role but there is a requirement to understand the needs of the Planning function and subsequently evolve existing practices or indeed develop new ones.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter EMEA and APAC Purchase Orders into the system (NAV), accurately and on time.
- Lead monthly reconciliation between D365 and NAV – adjusting the system accordingly and working alongside Planning Coordinator to action.
- Action any necessary PO adjustments resulting from production adjustments or customer requirements.
- Flag risks or concerns to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the US Planning and Procurement teams to manage and maintain accuracy of the order book.
- Development and maintenance of required reports for the supply functions.
- Maintenance of process documents.
