WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (Up to 40 hours)

Role Purpose

The Inventory Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring all inventory transactions in the WMS system are updated and maintained in real time. This role will be imperative in maintaining inventory transactions within D365, recording and monitoring cycle count accuracy, inventory record accuracy, exceptions and covering a broad range of transactions within the system. You will also ensure that all SOP’s for Inventory are maintained and updated, both annually, as well as when processes are updated/amended. The role will involve working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business at all levels, whilst on occasion completing inventory core tasks, such as cycle counting, pending reviews etc.

What You’ll Do:

  • Liaise with the Inventory Process Lead, on a daily basis, regarding cycle counts and product inventory relating to adjustments required and variances identified
  • Plan and release the daily system generated counts for all areas.
  • Record and maintain the inventory pick location accuracy daily, including the inventory record accuracy.
  • Maintain action log with counter measures, if accuracy drops below target.
  • Perform Inventory tasks as and when required, to achieve high inventory accuracy.
  • Lock and block locations, where needed, for safety and maintenance.
  • Build Transfer orders in D365.
  • Create stock adjustment journals.
  • Audit non-physical locations monthly, to maintain their accuracy.
  • At all times ensure that the steps that you take never compromise Health & Safety Standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office packages
  • Inventory experience preferable.
  • Knowledge of operational processes and systems.
  • Experience working with our 3PL system Inqontact is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • The ability to prioritise, take instructions and carry out requirements in line with expected deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a wider team, building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
