Role purpose

- help answer queries from our customers.

- their interactions with Funko, and to do that, the Customer Service team offer support through different channels.
What you’ll do
- Be a brand ambassador in front-line support answering customer queries via email about delivery status, product questions, refunds, returns, invoices, etc.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the Funko product range to provide value to customers.
- Ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with Funko.
- Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies and product.
- Take ownership for customer requests and follow them through to resolution.
