About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in performance testing, along with mandatory exposure to functional testing and batch job processing. The role focuses on validating system performance, scalability, and stability across online and batch workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for applications and batch processes.
• Perform functional validation to ensure business flows and batch jobs behave correctly under load.
• Test and monitor batch jobs and schedulers (e.g., ESP, Stonebranch), including dependencies, runtimes, and failure recovery.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, I/O, DB, batch duration) and provide tuning recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on performance fixes and re-
  testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Mandatory functional testing experience.
• Mandatory batch job testing experience (ESP, Stonebranch, or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and batch processing concepts.
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
