The Opportunity
Compassionate and professional, our Senior Funeral Directors ensure smooth operations on the day of the funeral. They serve as senior role models for all Funeral Directors in the area, inducting, training, supervising, arranging, and conducting funerals. They ensure that funerals meet client requirements and comply with company policies.
They are familiar with and offer the full range of products and services, are conversant with local customs and practices across all denominations and faiths, and engage with the community through charity and fundraising activities.
Additional responsibilities include administration, operational duties, recruitment (internal and external), training, maintaining high personal appearance standards, overseeing staff conduct, handling client complaints with management, and ensuring branches are well-maintained. They communicate ideas to benefit clients and the business, lead by example, and act as ambassadors for the company.

About You
You should have prior experience conducting funerals and a good knowledge of the funeral process. You must have the confidence and credibility to deliver exceptional experiences to families. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
