As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, so that every little detail goes to plan on the day. Our Funeral Arrangers play an important role within the community, building strong working relationships and organising fundraising activities to support local organisations. Based at Godalming Funeral Service – Godalming, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome, and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills. You may have worked in the Funeral industry for many years or may be looking for a new challenge. For us it is more important that you have the right skills and attributes because we will give you all the training you need. As this is a mobile role you will be covering the Surrey area, so you will need a full driving licence and your own transport.
