The Opportunity

Based at Henry Ison & Sons Funeral Directors - Coventry - Binley Road, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome, and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.

As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, in order that every little detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers have an important role within the community, building strong working relationships as well as organising fundraising activities to support organisations in the local community. This is a Mobile Funeral Arranger Role which will help to assist the Henry Ison & Sons Branches in the Coventry area, which includes: Binley Road, Allesley Old Road, Daventry Road, Kenilworth, Leamington-Spa and Bulkington.

About You

You may have worked in the Funeral industry for many years or maybe you’re looking for a new challenge. For us, it’s more important that you have the right skills and attributes because we will give you all the training you need. Come and join us, we will give you all the tools you need to be a success.

This is a mobile role, you will be covering the Coventry area so you will need a full driving licence and your own transport. Any applicant who has applied within the previous six months for this role and has not been successful need not apply.
