Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated administrator to support the sales of funeral plans, provide expert advice, and ensure seamless operations within our extensive network of funeral homes. This role will allow you to make a meaningful impact in offering a tailored service to each customer while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service tailored to each customer to ensure their enquiry and any specific needs are met.
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms, and assist in preparing scheduled reports.
- Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, processing payments, compiling spreadsheets, and filing.
- Address administrative requests and inquiries from branch employees, clients, and third‑party affiliates.
- Ensure accurate recording of all plan sales and redemptions, and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
- Assist with employee training and support the rollout of new initiatives to promote best practices.
- Produce weekly KPI reports and monitor branch stationery orders, ensuring budget compliance.
- Provide quality service, handle client queries and complaints, and promote our full range of funeral pre‑need plans and memorial services.
