The Opportunity

Are you a customer‑focused professional with a can‑do attitude and a knack for administration? Choice is looking for a dedicated Administrator to support the sale of funeral plans, provide expert advice, and ensure seamless operations within our extensive network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service tailored to each customer, ensuring enquiries and specific needs are met.
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms, and assist in preparing scheduled reports.
  • Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, processing payments, compiling spreadsheets, and filing.
  • Address administrative requests and inquiries from branch employees, customers, and third‑party affiliates.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all plan sales and redemptions, maintaining comprehensive administrative records.
  • Promote our full range of services, including funeral pre‑need plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Competent in all aspects of administration.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and reasoning abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

Financial Conduct Authority Requirements

  • Complete required training and assessments to become a competent plan seller.
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development aligned with FCA requirements.
  • Act in accordance with FCA Conduct Rules and Principles.
  • Support and consider the needs of vulnerable customers.
