The Opportunity
We are looking for a casual Funeral Service Operative to support our team in providing a sensitive and professional service to families. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to fit around other commitments.
Essential Duties
- Meet families upon arrival, offering reassurance and guidance.
- Assist with mortuary tasks, including fitting coffins and dressing the deceased.
- Participate in funeral services and pall‑bearing duties.
- Drive company vehicles – a full driving licence with a clean record is required.
- Work on the out‑of‑hours and on‑call rota, providing opportunities for additional pay.

Full driving licence with a clean record, flexible availability, calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to work a varied schedule.
