John Nodes Funeral Service – North Kensington

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

Salary: £30,082 to £30,645 per annum (London Weighting £3,645 per annum). From 1 July the salary increases to £30,995 – £31,745 per annum.

The Opportunity

Based at John Nodes Funeral Service – North Kensington, Funeral Arrangers play a vital role. They offer a warm welcome and guide families through the entire funeral process with outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, attention to detail, and accurate administrative abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting families in making funeral arrangements.
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Providing detailed handover to the Funeral Director so every detail goes as planned on the day.
  • Building strong relationships within the community and organising fundraising activities.

The role is a meaningful way to positively impact families during difficult times.
