Position: Funeral Arranger – Part Time – 25 hours per week.

Pay: £17,305 to £17,657 per annum.

Location: Payne & Sons Funeral Directors – Hampden Park.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 15:00.

Opportunity: Based at Payne & Sons Funeral Directors – Hampden Park, Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of the team. They offer a warm welcome and guide families through the whole funeral process, combining strong interpersonal skills, attentive listening, precision and administrative competence.

Responsibilities:

  • Support families in making funeral arrangements.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide a detailed handover to the Funeral Director so every detail goes to plan on the day.
  • Build strong working relationships with families and partner organisations in the community.
  • Organise fundraising activities to support local community organisations.
