Salary: £28,500 per annum. Full time.
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 with on‑call rota – 1 night in 4.
About the Role
- As a Funeral Arranger, you will provide a warm welcome and guide families through the funeral process, offering excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a keen eye for detail and accurate administrative ability.
- Support families in making funeral arrangements.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide a detailed handover to the Funeral Director to facilitate a flawless day‑of service.
- Build strong working relationships with the community and organise fundraising activities.
- Operate in a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays back‑of‑house as a trainee Funeral Director; Wednesdays to Fridays in branch, with opportunity to conduct branch funerals.
