Support the execution of a wide range of internal and client-focused projects and promote operational excellence within the organisation, including new client onboarding and key business initiatives. Assist in documenting progress, conducting testing, and ensuring timely implementation. This will include documenting and communicating progress to all relevant parties, ensuring timely implementation of changes onto live client environments, with rigorous testing. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will be adaptable, hard-working, and comfortable using your initiative to find creative and efficient solutions. You will deliver the client support following the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture.

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Co-orindation of new client onboarding within Platform Management, overseeing client setup, documentation, testing and handover to BAU teams.

  • Support smooth implementation of client onboarding within agreed timelines.

  • Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Utilise available tools for project efficiency and automation.

  • Assist in tracking change requests and project fees.

  • Assist in scoping projects and managing budgets effectively.

  • Build and Maintain adherence to procedures and checklists.

  • Participate in debriefing and lesson log activities post-project completion.

  • Support and aid in development of junior members of Platform Management team

  • Exhibit initiative and eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

  • Show interest in continuous improvement and automation.

  • Financial services experience preferred but not required.

  • Commercial awareness for fee-related activities.
