The EDM & Automation Developer will be responsible for automating data, resolving data issues, reporting, monitoring and automation of operational processes to ensure delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients. You will be adaptable and hard-working, and demonstrate strong communication skills both in relations with your team and with the wider Funds-Axis business. You will deliver the support and the operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing, building, and maintaining ETL workflows using EasyMorph and other automation tools.
- Supporting data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes across multiple systems.
- Collaborating with compliance and reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in the integration of new data sources and automation of manual tasks.
DESIRED CANDIDATE:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, ETL development, or automation.
- Hands-on experience with EasyMorph or similar ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, transformation logic, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud-based data environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
