About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing UK team. This is a true new business role focused on building and converting a strong pipeline across SMB and Mid-Market (MM) segments. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is confident engaging senior stakeholders (including C-suite). You’re commercially driven, naturally curious, and motivated by exceeding targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business by educating prospective customers on the value of Fundraise Up.
- Build, qualify, and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle, including participation in formal procurement/RFP processes.
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to identify and develop new lead sources.
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Collaborate with BDRs to refine outbound strategy and pipeline generation.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience carrying a quota of £750,000+ ARR
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
- Consistent overachievement against targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles (typically 6–12 months, multi-stakeholder)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate large organisations
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements
- Resilient, proactive, and highly self-motivated
