As a Salesforce Developer at Fundpath, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance business efficiency and functionality. You will work on resolving platform issues, developing custom solutions, and integrating Salesforce with other systems to meet the organisation's growing needs. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you will ensure seamless operation and optimal utilisation of Salesforce, contributing to the success of our operations.
What will you be doing:
- Analyse and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform, minimising disruptions and ensuring efficient operations.
- Develop tailored solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the platform meets high-quality standards and aligns with business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and third-party tools to improve functionality and streamline processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customisations, and best practices for ongoing and future reference.
- Plan and execute the smooth deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring successful delivery.
- Build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and organisational success.
What qualities are we looking for:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience deploying and managing Salesforce instances, ideally in SME organisations handling both B2B and B2C processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development, with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform limitations.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a "can-do" attitude toward challenges.
