Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.
  • Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, CCO, and CTO, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing.
  • Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Previous sales experience in the commercial finance sector is preferred.
  • We are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact.

  • A competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure (uncapped).
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) of £100,000.
