Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for brokering and analyst roles, while also supporting business and corporate hiring as needed.
- Drive the end-to-end hiring process — from initial outreach and assessment through offer management and onboarding — ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and execute headhunting strategies to identify and engage the best candidates while working closely with leadership to align recruitment with long-term business goals.
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement.
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources including social media, internal database, job boards, networking, and targeted search.
- Create compelling job descriptions that capture each role’s impact and inspire exceptional candidates to apply.
- Champion best-in-class hiring practices and contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and candidate experience as we scale.
What you bring to the role
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on financial services and sales hiring. Agency or in-house experience both welcome; a mix of both is ideal.
- Proven success recruiting top sales and finance talent in fast-growth environments.
- A self-motivated, tenacious, and delivery-focused mindset — you operate with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A people-centric, curious recruiter who thrives in high-energy startup settings and loves connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
