To support this growth, we are hiring a dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive alignment, efficiency, and execution across the organisation.
The Role
As FundOnion's Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s vision is executed effectively while enabling the company to scale strategically. You will oversee critical operational and strategic functions, streamline processes, and act as a bridge between leadership and teams across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Strategic Alignment: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing priorities and ensuring alignment across teams. Organise agendas for executive meetings, board sessions, and planning reviews. Track company-wide goals and progress, ensuring accountability across departments.
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity. Optimise workflows across sales, CRM systems, and client onboarding processes. Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve coordination and execution.
- Leadership & Communication: Act as the communication hub between the CEO and teams, ensuring clarity on priorities. Facilitate collaboration across departments to align efforts with company objectives. Represent the CEO externally with stakeholders and partners.
- Special Projects & Growth Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects critical to business growth. Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar leadership role within startups or high-growth companies.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation tools, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between executives and teams.
Desirable Experience
