To support this growth, we are hiring a dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive alignment, efficiency, and execution across the organisation.
The Role
As FundOnion's Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s vision is executed effectively while enabling the company to scale strategically. You will oversee critical operational and strategic functions, streamline processes, and act as a bridge between leadership and teams across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Strategic Alignment:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing priorities and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Organise agendas for executive meetings, board sessions, and planning reviews.
- Track company-wide goals and progress, ensuring accountability across departments.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity.
- Optimise workflows across sales, CRM systems, and client onboarding processes.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve coordination and execution.
- Act as the communication hub between the CEO and teams, ensuring clarity on priorities.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to align efforts with company objectives.
- Represent the CEO externally with stakeholders and partners.
- Lead high-impact projects critical to business growth.
- Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
