With the launch of FundOnion Pay, we are looking to onboard a Field Sales Representative Cohort for motivated University students looking to sharpen their B2B sales skills during the summer break.

Responsibilities:
A Field Sales Representative at FO Pay will be on the front line of our merchant acquisition strategy. Working directly with London-based businesses, you will introduce FO Pay's B2B fintech solutions to decision-makers. This is a hands-on, target-driven role with direct earning potential tied to performance.
As a Field Sales Rep, you will:
- Visit businesses daily, targeting managers and above to pitch and onboard FO Pay.
- Complete the initial 3-minute onboarding process with interested merchants.
- Achieve a minimum of 1 onboarded lead per day (contractual minimum).
- Hit weekly KPI of 10 onboarded merchants per week.
- Log all activity and leads accurately in the CRM system.
- Attend the weekly morning brief and end-of-day office wrap-up for Lead handover.
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions.
- Report daily activity and pipeline status to line manager.
- Identify and refer merchants who may be eligible for FundOnion loan products.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Currently enrolled at, or recently graduated from, a UK university.
- Confident, outgoing communicator - comfortable approaching strangers in a business context.
- Self-motivated and target-driven - this is a commission-influenced role.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full schedule Monday-Friday.
- Comfortable navigating London independently using public transport.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or business finance.
- Experience using a CRM or sales tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - interested in how businesses grow.
Compensation and Benefits:
