We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team as an Associate Broker/Senior Broker. This is an experienced-level position offering uncapped commission potential and career growth opportunities. We are a brokerage in the commercial finance industry, arranging debt finance for SMEs ranging from £10k up to £5M.
Responsibilities
- Engage and close qualified leads to achieve individual targets.
- Consult and match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.
- Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary.
- Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, CCO, and CTO, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing.
- Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.
- Coach Analysts as a part of the career development program.
Job requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Financial Services Broker/Sales with proven success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport.
