You’ll mentor peers, champion best practices and lean delivery, and collaborate with wider Fundment teams to turn business insight into intuitive product features.
Key Responsibilities

- Produce modular, self-documenting code, comprehensive tests and clear run-books so that features remain easy to extend and troubleshoot in production.
- Transform business problems into elegant UI flows, working daily with Product, Design (Figma / Storybook) and Operations to meet deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve issues, performance bottlenecks and cross-browser quirks; add monitoring and alerts to keep the front-end healthy.
- Contribute to increasing our unit and e2e test coverage.
- Coach engineers, run code reviews and capture architectural decisions to strengthen our collaborative engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years professional software development, including 5+ years building large-scale Angular (v12 +) applications.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Angular, Angular Material and Material CDK, Nx monorepos, NGXS/NgRx/Redux state management, RxJS, and testing with Jest / Jasmine / Cypress / Playwright.
- Laser-focused on business impact and measurable outcomes. You take full accountability for features from concept through production, demo work every sprint, and rapidly fold stakeholder feedback into iterative releases.
- Opinionated about best practices – help us to continuously improve our codebase and development processes.
- A keen eye for design paired with expert-level CSS knowledge and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a highly cooperative environment - pair/mob programming, sharing knowledge, and keeping dialogue clear, concise and constructive.
- Comfortable with Git workflows, Docker, Linux and CI pipelines; bonus points for GCP, Figma, Storybook, MySQL, Python FastAPI and solid understanding of OWASP web-security practices.
