Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase, looking to hire a personable HR Coordinator to join our People Team. The HR Coordinator provides essential operational support across the full employee lifecycle to ensure our People processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with legal and organisational standards. This is a ‘hands on’ role, acting as the administration backbone of the People Team. You will get involved in all aspects of HR from recruitment administration and onboarding to supporting line managers, delivering workshops on new procedures and administering benefits. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and scaling environment. A strong work ethic, relentless attention to detail and a friendly approach, will help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a super user of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
  • Set up new joiner accounts, schedule review meetings and record documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including contracts, changes, and leavers.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including pensions and private healthcare.
  • Support pension auto‑enrolment compliance processes.
  • Update policies, procedures and handbooks as required.
  • Provide general administration to support People projects.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage right to work checks, referencing, and DBS checks.
  • Deliver HR induction to new joiners.
  • Support line managers to record role expectations and manage probation periods effectively.
  • Issue letters to confirm successful completion of probation periods.
  • Coordinate mandatory online training and regularly report on training status.
  • Deliver presentations and workshops to train teams on procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes.

Essential Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3
  • Proven experience in a small HR Team, ideally within a scaling Tech or Financial Services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A confident communicator able to work with employees and line managers.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data accuracy.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience delivering training and workshops.
