Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase, looking to hire an Implementation Onboarding Manager to focus on client onboarding. This position will report into our Head of Adviser Success and requires in-depth knowledge of tax wrapper administration and operational functionality within the platform space.

The Implementation Onboarding Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and are fully equipped to utilise our platform's functionality. This role involves becoming a platform specialist, training new clients, preparing contracts, assisting with the onboarding process, updating the CRM system, and performing various research and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy training others and demonstrate strong technical abilities.

Our platform offers a multitude of tax wrappers including ISAs and Pensions so a good understanding of these products will be required.

Key responsibilities:
  • Client Training and Onboarding - conduct training sessions for new clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use the platform's functionality
  • Prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather required documentation and approvals
  • Maintain organized records of all contractual agreements
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information

Previous experience working with an investment management platform and strong knowledge of financial products is essential. Experience in a client onboarding or similar role within the financial services industry, ideally liaising with financial advisers, is also required. An aptitude for learning software/technology is important.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, are necessary. Relevant qualifications in finance or related fields, such as IOC or FA2 in Pension Administration, are preferred. Client onboarding, AML and KYC experience is beneficial, as is previous experience of technical or software training.
