Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company, building on our cutting-edge digital investment system to transform the £3 trillion UK wealth management market. We are passionate about revolutionising the investment experience for financial advisers and their clients by combining our innovative proprietary technology with exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Product Delivery to execute our product vision and strategy. Reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer, you will work closely with colleagues across our engineering, design, operations, success, sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding experiences that delight our users, automate our processes and drive significant business impact. You will convert our product vision into a detailed roadmap and deliver this with your highly organised, detail focused, user-oriented approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap: Partner with the senior leadership team to translate the product strategy and business objectives into a structured, highly transparent product roadmap, aligning priorities and expectations across the company.
  • Deliver Business Impact: Lead the end-to-end product delivery, driving product initiatives across discovery, prioritisation, development, rollout and feedback. Proactively manage operational and regulatory risks to ensure we deliver business impact safely and efficiently.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the product roadmap and delivery narrative across all levels of the company to help everyone understand how we’re delivering business impact, not just ticking off a list of Jiras.
  • Clarity & Prioritisation: Bring clarity to the product delivery process. Empower the senior leadership team to make informed decisions by articulating the impacts, trade-offs and constraints of the key calls you need them to make. Partner with stakeholders across Success & Distribution and Operations & Compliance to evaluate and prioritise their product requests. Balance strategic initiatives, tactical requirements and technical investments to create a clear list of priorities for the engineering teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Work with the data team to monitor and analyse key product and business metrics. Use these insights to measure the success of our deliveries and identify the highest-leverage areas for future improvement.
  • Team leadership: Although this is initially an IC role, we aim to double our engineering team over the next 18 months, so you will need to hire and manage additional team members as you build the Product Delivery function.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations or Product Delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business related field.
  • Project management: Proven success leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and balancing competing priorities to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, using data insights to make informed decisions and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • User-Centricity: A user-centered mindset with a passion for understanding and enhancing user experiences.
  • Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Regulated Scale-Up Experience: Familiarity of working in a fast-paced organisation that operates in a regulated environment is highly desired.
  • FinTech/WealthTech Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial services, products and regulations would be advantageous.
  • AI tooling: Understanding and familiarity with modern AI-assisted development and communication tools.

Company Benefits

  • Be part of a modern, inclusive, high-trust engineering culture.
  • Take ownership and ship code that directly improves client outcomes.
  • Work with a smart, friendly team that values balance, growth, and support.
  • Pension 6% employer contribution, minimum 2% employee contribution.
  • BUPA Private Health Insurance – fully paid for by the company, for you and your immediate family.
