Funding Circle is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team in London on a 12‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will partner with Compliance, Product, Technology, Sales, Brand and Marketing to draft, negotiate and launch products.
You will handle technology service contracts, strategic partnerships, and marketing/brand affiliations while advising on privacy, terms, and customer journeys.
