You’ll be a key member of our Growth team, responsible for helping more small businesses access Funding Circle's products and getting them activated, engaged, and transacting.
- You will own the cross-sell strategy to Funding Circle’s existing customer base and you’ll drive the activation stage of the funnel across both FlexiPay and our Credit Card; the critical moment where a sign-up becomes an active customer.
- Success in this role looks like step-changes in new account volumes, activation rate, time-to-first-transaction, and early customer value across both products.
- Reporting directly to the Strategy, Product and Growth Director, you will collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Product and Technology teams to drive commercial growth across our FlexiPay and Credit Card products.
- Responsible for enabling growth from Funding Circle’s existing customer base by developing cross-sell strategies and driving product adoption when customers open a FlexiPay or Credit Card account.
- Own the implementation of GTM strategies, working with teams from across Funding Circle to ensure successful delivery and ultimately support the growth of our new products.
- Analyse the performance of sales and marketing campaigns and use learnings to drive continuous improvements in our growth activity.
- Your role and your responsibilities will rapidly grow over time as this new product line expands and scales, providing you with numerous opportunities to develop your personal skills and deepen your fintech experience.
- Able to take ownership of redesigning departmental workflows, using AI to automate complex tasks and drive operational efficiency.
- Competently able to identify high-impact AI use cases and implement advanced prompting techniques to solve multi-layered business challenges.
