We are looking for a Sales Team Manager in our FlexiPay team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our FlexiPay Sales team and play a part in scaling Funding Circle’s newest product!

The role
This role involves managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for FlexiPay. You will coach, train, and develop your team to maximize their potential and improve team efficiency and delivery. Motivate and performance manage your team to achieve targets, setting goals and supporting their development. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Champion best practices and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies. Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings. Coordinate with other departments and lead new initiatives. Manage stakeholders and report on team performance. Recruit and onboard new sales team members. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses.
