The role is based in London (Hybrid) with 3 days in the office and offers a competitive salary plus benefits. We are looking for a dedicated team leader on a 12 month FTC basis to coach, train, and develop their team to maximise their potential while continually finding a better way to improve efficiency and delivery.

  • As a full-time manager, you will take an active role in mentoring and coaching a diverse mix of direct reports to build a high-performing team.
  • Motivate and performance-manage your team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Set short, medium, and long-term goals with your reports and support them in their development toward them.
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement to drive the team forward.
  • Provide team members with regular feedback by holding 1:1s, KPI reviews, and call shadowing sessions.
  • Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to.
  • Manage stakeholders and regularly report/present on team performance.
  • Coach direct reports to help them hit targets and develop their sales skills.
  • Be a leader and display leadership qualities consistent with Funding Circle values.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced in working in a high-volume sales role.
  • Proven to achieve set goals and high performance.
  • Experienced and interested in management and/or mentoring/coaching.
  • Motivated by success in numbers, and inspire your team to achieve your targets.
  • Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products.
  • Excited by change and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly.
  • Proactive and eager to bring new ideas to drive the performance of your team.
  • You’re able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity.
  • Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
