We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager in our Outbound Sales team to coach, train, and develop their team to maximise their potential, while using data insights and AI to spot new commercial opportunities and continually improve efficiency and delivery.

Motivate and performance-manage your team to consistently achieve individual and collective targets Set short, medium, and long-term goals with your direct reports and actively support their ongoing development Analyse performance data, conversion metrics, and conversation trends to design, implement, and iterate high-impact outbound sales strategies Turn data and strategic insights into actionable commercial opportunities, refining outreach tactics to drive pipeline growth Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to boost conversion, operational efficiency, and revenue Provide regular, actionable feedback through structured 1:1s, data-led KPI reviews, and targeted call shadowing sessions Use Generative AI as a practical tool for market opportunity-spotting, workflow automation, team enablement and more Manage internal stakeholders and regularly present on team performance, strategic initiatives, and pipeline forecasting Champion best practice initiatives, ensuring internal controls and compliance policies are strictly adhered to Be a visible leader and display leadership qualities consistent with Funding Circle values What we're looking for We value deep expertise, but a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and good energy are what really make our team click.
