This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to join an innovative, fast-paced and market-changing fintech. Our Finance team is looking for someone who is keen to learn and to make a real and positive contribution to the team.

  • Supplier Acquisition: Support negotiations with third-party suppliers to drive efficiencies and performance improvement. Set up and review low risk Supplier Due-Diligence results. Monitor Procurement Helpdesk (Jira) system to ensure all appropriate actions are taken for new purchase requests across the entire business.
  • Ongoing Supplier Management: Assess and review ongoing supplier risk and Service Impact Assessment ratings based on the goods/services being purchased. Maintain and extract accurate risk, supplier and contract data to store on our supplier management database. Check & chase the upcoming contract for renewal/expiry and to chase stakeholders for status updates.
  • Internal Administrative Tasks: Review Procurement Inbox. Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner e.g. Peps & Sanctions Checks, Creditsafe Checks. Obtain missing data from the business owners. Set up Supplier Records in procurement system. Supplier Due Diligence and ongoing monitoring. Preparing and involvement in tenders. Assist the Group Procurement function in shaping Procurement to become a best in class in function.
  • Relationship Building: Form excellent relationships with internal budget-holders and stakeholders e.g. Legal, Infosec, Finance, Tech.

Self-reliant and highly organised, with the time-management skills required to prioritise multi-stream tasks and deliver under tight deadlines. Resilient and proactive in supplier data management—consistently following up to ensure deliverable deadlines are met while supporting positive vendor relationships. Proven ability to build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal business stakeholders at all levels. Adaptable, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity. Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
