The role is based in London (Hybrid) with 3 days in the office and a salary of £30,875 + Benefits. You’ll make a real difference for our customers and your team from day one. We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.
- Assist brokers with application queries, provide updates on live deals, explain Funding Circle’s product offerings to drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound inquiries from both brokers and borrowers via telephone and email to provide timely and effective support.
- Proactively request information and documentation from brokers to ensure applications progress smoothly through the funnel.
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM with accurate, up-to-date information to support business reporting and move deals from application to offer.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with external introducers and internal departments to enhance the Broker Sales Channel.
