This is an individual contributor role where you'll run the full sales cycle from outreach through to issued financial products (loans, cards and lines of credit).
This is a fast-paced, phone-driven role built for high-performers who thrive on volume.
You'll turn outbound conversations into long-term funding partnerships and customers who keep coming back.

Manage the entire commercial lifecycle end-to-end, independently understanding business goals and identifying financial solutions that set up our borrowers to win
Establish instant rapport with your customers via telephone and email to cultivate successful relationships
Be responsible for your own monthly target and continuously develop and improve your approach to help you get there
Proactively problem-solve, identifying and confidently mitigating risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day, using a variety of tools, including Generative AI
Mentor junior colleagues, contributing to lifting performance across the team and to championing our collaborative sales culture
Proven success in B2B sales, within commercial finance or SME lending
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Confident running the entire sales cycle independently, with equal capability in both prospecting and closing
Exceptional telephone skills: you build rapport quickly and simplify complex products for non-finance audiences
