As an Asset Finance Specialist for the Marketplace team, you will provide exceptional service to customers in managing equipment funding applications to third-party lender partners. You will work closely with both internal and external teams to structure and manage these applications from start to completion, providing clients with an in-depth understanding of the range of asset finance solutions available.

  • Engage with SMEs through inbound and outbound calls/emails.
  • Understand credit applications and provide ad-hoc guidance on credit worthiness.
  • Gather all relevant documents to ensure applications are well packaged for submission to third-party lenders.
  • Know our partners and products to confidently present the right options to clients.
  • Provide timely updates for ongoing cases and answer questions related to specific applications or product queries.
  • Respect the processes of different lenders and build excellent individual relationships with them.

  • An Asset Finance expert with experience in a sales role within the industry as a broker or directly for a lender.
  • Able to structure transactions across a range of asset types and risk profiles.
  • Able to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
  • Motivated and results-oriented, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proactive in bringing innovative ideas to impact the business and processes.
  • Able to identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline daily tasks and improve personal productivity.
