About the Role: You will be a key member of our Growth team, responsible for helping more small businesses access Funding Circle’s products and getting them activated, engaged, and transacting. You will own the cross‑sell strategy to our existing customer base and drive the activation stage of the funnel across FlexiPay and our Credit Card.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology to drive commercial growth across FlexiPay and Credit Card.
- Develop cross‑sell strategies and drive product adoption for customers opening a FlexiPay or Credit Card account.
- Own the implementation of GTM strategies, collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse performance of sales and marketing campaigns and use insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Expand responsibilities as the product line grows, providing opportunities for personal skill development.
- Redesign departmental workflows, using AI to automate tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify high‑impact AI use cases and apply advanced prompting techniques to solve business challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and strategic roles in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven ability to own and lead complex projects with a broad range of stakeholders from ideation through implementation.
