Senior Engineering Manager – Core Services
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager in our Core Services department.
Core Services is the collection of teams that provides a platform to support all of the product lines that we provide at Funding Circle.

The role
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
- Managing two engineering teams – providing technical leadership and support to the team members
- Working alongside a product manager to set strategic direction for the teams
- Managing delivery for projects within the teams
What we’re looking for
- Proven record of managing engineering teams in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of software engineering
- Experience managing project delivery for complex projects
- Experience working in finance would be useful, but not essential
