The role London (Hybrid) | 3 days in the office | Competitive Salary + Benefits
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager in our Outbound Sales team to coach, train, and develop their team to maximise their potential while continually finding a better way to improve efficiency and delivery. As a full‑time manager, you will take an active role in mentoring and coaching a diverse mix of direct reports to build a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and performance‑manage your team to achieve individual and team targets
- Set short, medium, and long‑term goals with your reports and support them in their development toward them
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement to drive the team forward
- Provide team members with regular feedback by holding 1:1s, KPI reviews, and call shadowing sessions
- Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to
- Manage stakeholders and regularly report/present on team performance
- Coach direct reports to help them hit targets and develop their sales skills
- Be a leader and display leadership qualities consistent with Funding Circle values
