Responsibilities- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the customer‑facing "Apply" user experience, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and delivers measurable value to customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and synthesising user research, data, and stakeholder feedback to create and prioritise the team's product backlog.
- Drive the "Apply" Scrum team's work, providing clear direction and setting priorities to ensure they are focused on the most impactful features and improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the "Apply" Scrum team and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency on product development and progress.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features in the Apply domain, using data to inform future iterations and strategic decisions.
- Awareness of cross‑team/domain dependencies and taking steps to expand your knowledge and network to stay ahead of these as you plan your roadmap.
