We are looking for a Marketplace Sales Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team. As a Sales Support Executive in Marketplace, you will partner with Account Managers to support our borrowers throughout their funding journey. We are looking for someone with a passion for precision who can manage lending applications with third-party lenders, ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and accuracy to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience.

The role responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end application process for clients, from initial information gathering to submission and payout coordination.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, and the internal sales team, ensuring all communication and documentation are handled efficiently.
- Compile and submit comprehensive application packages through lender portals, actively monitoring their status to ensure timely progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to streamline processes and optimise application outcomes.
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.
Qualifications:
- Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending.
- Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders via calls, emails and in-person.
- Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships.
- Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency.
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail.
