We are looking for a Campaign Strategist to lead the delivery of performance marketing campaigns across through-the-line channels including print (direct mail), email and digital. This role sits within the Brand team and plays a critical role in coordinating marketing activity and developing our brand, working with the in-house creative team/agencies and marketing channel owners to deliver high-impact campaigns.

The role includes:
- Working through briefs provided by marketing channel leads to deliver outstanding creative on time.
- Ownership of the Marketing Campaigns Calendar and quarterly planning process, working closely with channel leads and senior marketing leadership to develop campaign themes and plan high-impact tests.
- Gathering and analysing performance and customer insights to inform the Campaign planning process, and reporting findings and plans regularly to senior stakeholders.
- Developing campaign production processes to optimize efficiency and allow for maximum creative development.
- Coordinating the delivery of monthly and ad hoc campaign assets across direct mail, email, paid social, search and display, ensuring that our tone of voice and brand proposition are brought to life in all our marketing campaigns.
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.
- Planning capacity and scheduling workflow for in-house content and design teams as well as external agencies or freelancers.
What we’re looking for:
- Agency or in-house experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels including print.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with cross-functional teams and/or agency partners, with a strong focus on collaborative working.
- Comfortable managing resources across different teams, managing internal and external relationships.
- A confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
- Able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- A highly motivated self-starter with excellent accuracy/attention to detail essential, who is passionate about bringing a brilliant brand to life.
