Responsibilities
- Working with the Architecture team, principal engineers and engineering teams to identify and design product-agnostic Salesforce capabilities.
- Designing and improving Salesforce integration solutions with a focus on event sourcing approaches.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilise Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including both Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce Certification.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Good understanding of Software Architecture and patterns and an understanding of how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce; experience of Event Driven architectures would be a bonus.
- Experience with Salesforce systems that are heavily integrated to other systems in real-time.
- Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git and approaches to packaging.
- Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission.
