Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with application queries, provide updates on live deals, explain Funding Circle’s product offerings to drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound inquiries from both brokers and borrowers via telephone and email to provide timely and effective support.
- Proactively request information and documentation from brokers to ensure applications progress smoothly through the funnel.
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM with accurate, up‑to‑date information to support business reporting and move deals from application to offer.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with external introducers and internal departments to enhance the Broker Sales Channel.
